A former Benedictine monastery on a hill above the Valdinievole, restored into an intimate Tuscan resort where medieval stone walls, a bell tower and olive terraces frame a handful of quiet rooms. Interiors are calm and contemporary — lime-plaster walls, beamed ceilings, deep velvet accents — and the wellness rooms are carved straight into the rock, with warm water running between the cliff and candlelight.
